From New York Times Bestselling Author Kristen Proby comes the thrilling conclusion to her Martinelli Mafia series…

Rafe “Rocco” Martinelli was never one for the family business. Alas, being born into a crime syndicate means doing the family’s bidding and making sure you’re connected—and, yes, breaking a few kneecaps. Rafe would love nothing more than to hang up his enforcer apron and live a quiet life, but as more and more higher-ups in rival clans turn up dead, Rafe realizes he doesn’t have a choice. Especially not when the captivating and gorgeous bratva princess needs his help.

Dr. Annika Tarenkov learned early on that her belongs to her family. She’s a pawn in the long game, a bargaining chip for power and prestige. She gave up the only person in her life she thought she could be happy with, all for the greater good of the family. Now, a newly made widow and desperately seeking answers, she’s forced to confront her past as it converges with her present. But all it does is make her wonder about her future and how she can make Rafe hers again. While being with him is like wrangling a toddler at times, he still makes her heart race and her breath catch. And she wouldn’t feel safer with anyone else.

With the chips seemingly stacked against them, they must work to uncover the perpetrators of the nefarious plot that’s been brewing for some time—before it’s too late.

  • Rafe and Annika

I think these two are my favorite of this trilogy! Rafe will do anything to help Annika. Unfortunately, she has herself in quite the predicament. Strong friendship and family is key throughout this story. HEA.
  • This is how Mafia is done 🙌🏻

Wow, I’m sitting here still trying to process this. I am obsessed with Kristen Proby’s mafia!!!! These Martinelli’s are something truly special. The suspense in these books has been amazing. I’m usually pretty fast at picking out the “who done it...” but Proby had me thrown! I literally gasped. My suggestion - read all of the Mafia in order! You get the full picture. Absolutely binge worthy!!!

Okay, y'all. So good. Sooooo good! I've loved both of the other books in Kristen's With Me In Seattle Mafia series, but I was so excited to get to Rafe's and Annika's book. These two have been slow-burning their way through both UNDERBOSS and HEADHUNTER, and I just knew that when we finally got to see them together that they would combust. Was I right? Oh, yes... I've said before that a mafia read is not always my favorite. I mean, I'm no wimp, but, you know, the whole blood and guts and killing thing is a bit of an acquired taste. But what is ALWAYS at the top of my list is any and every book by Kristen, because I have been in love with her writing since the very first trip to Seattle, and every place in between. And because Kristen has written these books, I have happily dived right in, and am so glad that I did. I am more than happy with the way that everything is tied up so nicely (with plenty of suspense, and, you know, la familia, in between), offering the big picture behind the three smaller parts, and seeing this family feud finally come to a very happy ending. If you haven't jumped in yet, now's the time. And while all of them are technically standalones, you're going to want to start at the beginning so that you'll know who's who and what's what. And when you do, you'll love them all. Enjoy! ❤️

Kristen Proby never disappoints and this addition/conclusion to the Seattle Mafia series is even better than I expected. I could not put this book down. Seeing how strong Annika is and see Annika and Rocco find each other again and learn to be together was great. Getting to see the families work with each other to bring down those trying to hurt everyone was great. The Seattle series is Jen of the best series and love that it keeps getting more people involved. Kristen Proby is on of the best.
  • A stunning conclusion

I never thought I would enjoy mafia romance, but here I am sad this trilogy is over. The whole series was mafia with a Kristen Proby voice and I loved it! We finally get to see Rafe and Annika, and find answers to all kinds of questions. It was absolutely amazing!
