Pascal Boniface (born in 1956) is a French geopolitician and writer, specializing in international relations and defense issues. He is the founder and director of the Institute of International and Strategic Relations (IRIS) in Paris since 1991. He is also a professor at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). He has published numerous books and articles on geopolitics and foreign policy.
