Anthony Clifford Grayling is a British philosopher, a member of the Royal Society of Arts and of the Royal Institute of Philosophy, and professor of philosophy at the New College of the Humanities in London. He is a prominent humanist, known for his work in secular humanism and his advocacy for reason, science, and secular morality. He has written numerous books on philosophy, ethics, history of thought, and contemporary issues. He is also a regular commentator in the media and has served as president of the British Humanist Association.
