Lázaro Pavía

Lázaro Pavía was born in Mexico City on December 17, 1907, and passed away on May 31, 1989. He was a Mexican journalist and author, known primarily for his work "Los derechos del soldado" (The Soldier's Rights), a legal manual for army members.
