Miguel Ángel Bunes Ibarra

Miguel Ángel Bunes Ibarra is a Spanish historian, PhD in History from the University of Zaragoza and professor of Contemporary History at the University of La Rioja. He was director of the Institute of Riojan Studies. His research interests focus on the contemporary history of Spain, with special attention to Aragon and La Rioja, including studies on liberalism, republicanism, and nationalism.
