Miguel Giusti Acuña is a prominent Peruvian philosopher born in Lima in 1957. He is a full professor in the Department of Humanities at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), where he earned his bachelor's degree in philosophy. He completed his doctoral studies in philosophy at the University of Tübingen, Germany. His areas of specialization include ethics, political philosophy, and German philosophy, with a particular focus on Kant and Hegel. He has served as director of the Institute of Ethics and Development at PUCP and is a renowned scholar for his work in moral philosophy.
