Nicolás de Paso y Delgado was a Spanish poet and writer born in Cádiz in 1860 and who died in Madrid in 1928. He was a prominent figure of Spanish Modernism, a member of the Royal Spanish Academy, and author of several poetry collections such as "Noches de estío" (Summer Nights) and "El jardín de los sueños" (The Garden of Dreams), in addition to collaborating with various literary publications.
