Antonio Mallí de Brignole (Genoa, 1876 - Montevideo, 1960) was an Italian Jesuit priest, writer, professor, and academic who developed a large part of his career in Spain and South America. He stood out as a relevant intellectual figure, author of numerous theological, philosophical, and historical works, and known for his defense of Catholicism and his contribution to education. He was a professor at several institutions and a member of the Real Academia Española, corresponding in Uruguay.
