Rafael Sáez y Palacios was a Spanish writer and publicist, born in Antequera, Málaga, in 1834. He dedicated himself to journalism and literature, being the author of several novels, plays, and articles. Some of his works include "La hija del alguacil" and "Un drama a bordo". He died in Madrid in 1891.
