Robert Watt

Robert Watt (1772-1819) was a Scottish physician and bibliographer. He is mainly known for his work "Bibliotheca Britannica," an exhaustive catalog of British and Latin authors and publications, which was published posthumously in 1824. He studied medicine at the University of Glasgow and practiced in Paisley and Glasgow, where he also served as a lecturer in medicine.
