Roberto Cueto Lominchar is a Spanish jurist, prosecutor, and judge. He has been a member of the Audiencia Nacional (National Court) and of the General Council of the Judiciary. He is known for his career in the fight against terrorism, especially against ETA, and has written various works on legal topics and the Spanish judicial system.
