Roberto Valero (Madrid, 1974) is a Spanish poet and essayist. He holds a degree in Hispanic Philology and works as a literature professor. He has published several books of poetry, including "El laberinto de la libélula" (The Dragonfly's Labyrinth) (2000), "El árbol del espejo" (The Mirror Tree) (2004), and "Geografía de la ausencia" (Geography of Absence) (2020), as well as the essay "La herida del tiempo: poéticas de la memoria" (The Wound of Time: Poetics of Memory) (2010).
