Silvestre Sánchez, born in 1957 in the Dominican Republic, is an author, professor, and lawyer. He has served as a Judge of the Central Electoral Board and was rector of the Technological University of Santiago (UTESA). He is known for his involvement in politics and education in his country. He has published several books, including "The History of a People: Moca" and "Dominican Political Thought."
