Víctor Covián y Junco (Cangas de Onís, 1870 - Madrid, 1920) was a Spanish jurist, politician, and writer. Professor of Criminal Law at the Universities of Oviedo and Salamanca, he was a Member of Parliament on several occasions for the Liberal Party. He held the positions of Undersecretary of Grace and Justice, Minister of Grace and Justice, and Minister of Finance. He is known for his legal works, especially in the field of Criminal Law.
