Barbara Metzger

Barbara Metzger is an American author of romance novels, known primarily for her Regency romances. She was born in Chicago, Illinois. She has won the Romance Writers of America's RITA Award three times for Best Regency Romance Novel. She has written over 40 novels, publishing her first work, "Bribes of the Heart", in 1993. She is recognized for her witty style and engaging characters.
