Carmen Gaitán Rojo is a Spanish art historian and museologist. She has held important positions in cultural management, such as the directorship of the National Museum of Decorative Arts, the Sorolla Museum, and the Reina Sofía National Art Centre Museum. She is currently the General Director of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation.
