Carolina Mera is an Argentine writer and sociologist. She is a researcher at CONICET and a professor of sociology at the University of Buenos Aires. Her academic work focuses on issues of urbanism, gender, and popular culture. She has published several articles and essays on these topics, in addition to collaborating on works of fiction.
