Chandra Livia Candiani

Chandra Livia Candiani (Milan, 1957) is an Italian writer, poet, and psychoanalyst. With a degree in Philosophy from the University of Milan, she has dedicated her life to the study and practice of psychoanalysis, combining it with a prolific literary career. Her poetic work is characterized by the exploration of themes such as memory, the body, femininity, the relationship with nature, and the spiritual dimension of existence. She is co-founder of the feminist publishing house and bookstore Tlon and has collaborated with various literary and cultural magazines. She has published several books of poetry, including "La casa en el espejo", "Cuando la sed es el agua", and "Las cosas que no decimos". Her work has been recognized with awards and translations into several languages. She lives and works in Milan.
