Dan Brown

Dan Brown (born June 22, 1964) is an American author of mystery thrillers. He is known for his suspense novels that often involve codes, symbols, conspiracies, and secret organizations, with a focus on historical and religious themes. Among his most famous works are "Angels & Demons" (2000), "The Da Vinci Code" (2003), "The Lost Symbol" (2009), and "Inferno" (2013), all starring Harvard symbology professor Robert Langdon. His books have been translated into numerous languages and have sold millions of copies worldwide, making him one of the best-selling authors of the last decade. Before dedicating himself to full-time writing, Brown was a musician and an English teacher.
