David Yonggi Cho was a South Korean Christian minister who founded the Yoido Full Gospel Church, the world's largest congregation. He was born in Ulju-gun, South Korea, in 1936. He studied theology at the Full Gospel Theological Seminary and became a prominent figure in the Pentecostal movement. He authored numerous books and traveled extensively to preach. He passed away in 2021.
