François Halma (1675-1748) was a Dutch bookseller, publisher, and printer active mainly in Utrecht and Leiden. A member of an influential family of printers, he dedicated himself to the publication of scientific and classical works, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in the 18th century through his collaborations with other publishers.
