François Pérennès

François Pérennès (1796-1876) was a French priest, historian, and translator. He was an honorary canon of Paris and director of the Sainte-Geneviève Library. He is known for his extensive historical works and translations of religious and classical texts into French, including works by Saint Augustine and Plutarch. He contributed significantly to the religious historiography and literature of his time.
