Friedrich Georg Jünger

Friedrich Georg Jünger (May 19, 1898 – July 20, 1977) was a German poet, essayist, playwright, and literary critic. He was the younger brother of the writer Ernst Jünger. He studied law and political science at the Universities of Halle, Marburg, and Heidelberg. During his life, he wrote numerous poems, philosophical essays, and plays, exploring themes such as the relationship between man and technology, Greek mythology, nature, and society. He was known for his precise style and his critical thinking on modernity. Some of his notable works include "Die Perfektion der Technik" (The Perfection of Technology) and poetry collections.
