Gerardo Víctor García Roe is a Mexican writer born in Mexico City in 1969. He studied Journalism and Collective Communication at UNAM. He is known for his short stories and novels, including "Los sueños de la casa", "El nudo del olvido" and "La noche de los alebrijes". He has been awarded prizes such as the Juan Rulfo National Short Story Award and the Bellas Artes de Cuento San Luis Potosí Award.
