Germán Antelo Solozábal is a Bolivian sociologist. He was a former Senator of the Republic of Bolivia and Minister of Planning and Coordination. He has been a university professor and has served as UNDP Regional Director in Mexico. He is a columnist for several written media and author of books such as "Bolivia, la razón y el delirio" and "Una Bolivia posible". He is recognized for his analysis of Bolivian politics and society.
