Gregorio Romero Larrañaga

Gregorio Romero Larrañaga was a Spanish author born in Madrid in 1815 and died in the same city in 1851. He was a playwright, journalist, and poet, standing out in Spanish Romanticism. His best-known work is the drama "La Conjuración de Venecia" (1842), although he also wrote other theatrical pieces such as "Doña Inés de Castro" and several poems and journalistic articles. He was a prolific author despite his early death.
