Helen Beth Gilmour (often credited as H. B. Gilmour) was an American author primarily known for her novelizations of popular films and television series for young readers during the 1970s and 1980s. Among her most notable works are the novelizations of 'Grease', 'The Black Stallion', 'Star Trek: The Motion Picture', and 'The Muppet Movie'. She also wrote for the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys series. She passed away in 2005.
