Haim Omer is an Israeli clinical psychologist, author, and professor of psychology. He is known for developing the "New Authority" and non-violent resistance model, which is applied in parenting, school, and therapeutic settings. He has written several books on this topic, which have been translated into multiple languages, and gives lectures and workshops internationally. He is a professor at Tel Aviv University.
