Henri Michel

Henri Michel (1907-1986) was a French historian specializing in World War II and the French Resistance. He was a professor at the University of Paris and founder of the Committee for the History of World War II, which later became the Institute for the History of the Present Time. He wrote numerous works on the conflict, the occupation, and the resistance.
