Hipólito Jesús Paz (1917-2013) was an Argentine lawyer, diplomat, and politician. He was born in Tucumán and died in Buenos Aires. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentina during the presidency of Arturo Frondizi (1958-1959). He also served as Argentina's ambassador to the United States and the United Nations. He was a renowned intellectual and author of various works on international law and politics.
