Honorato de Saleta y Cruxent was a Spanish politician and writer of the 19th century. He was born in Barcelona on September 23, 1801, and died in Madrid on September 21, 1867. He was a prominent member of the progressive liberal party during the reign of Isabella II. He held several political positions, including that of deputy to the Cortes on various occasions for the province of Barcelona. He also served as civil governor of several provinces, such as Madrid, Valencia, and Seville.
