Isaac Huamán Manrique is a Peruvian writer and poet born in Cusco. He is known for his literary work which often explores Andean culture, identity, and the social issues of his region. He has published several poetry collections and storybooks, and is considered an important voice in contemporary Peruvian literature, especially within the indigenista movement. Among his works are "Pacha yawar", "La voz del Puma", and "Cantos de la Luna Llena".
