John Baptist Salpointe (February 21, 1825 – July 15, 1898) was a French-born prelate of the Catholic Church. He served as the first Archbishop of Santa Fe, New Mexico, from 1884 to 1894. He was also Vicar Apostolic of Arizona from 1869 to 1884.
