José Andrés Carrazzoni (1893-1941) was an Argentine physician, writer, and playwright. He was born in Mendoza and was known for his literary work, which included poetry, short stories, and theatrical plays. He was a member of the Academia Argentina de Letras and president of the Sociedad Argentina de Escritores. Among his most well-known works are "La casa de las sombras" and "El hombre que perdió su sombra". He passed away in Buenos Aires.
