Julio González Iglesias (Madrid, 1956) is a Spanish writer with a degree in Physical Sciences. Known for his crime novels, he has been a professor and television screenwriter. His notable works include "El último barco", winner of the Hammett Prize, "Los muertos no tienen sombra", and "La mujer de rojo".
