Laureano López Rodó (1920-2000) was a Spanish politician, jurist, and diplomat, a key figure in the final years of Franco's regime. Born in Barcelona, he was a professor of Administrative Law. He held positions such as Undersecretary of the Presidency, Commissioner of the Economic and Social Development Plan, and promoter of the Development Plans. He also served as Minister of Foreign Affairs (1973-1974). He passed away in Madrid.
