Ramón Soriano Díaz is a Spanish jurist born in Jaén in 1947. Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Seville, he is the author of numerous books and articles on constitutional law, human rights, and philosophy of law. His work focuses on the defense of fundamental rights and the study of the Spanish Constitution. He has also actively participated in political and social movements.
