Teodora María Inés Caramello is a prominent Argentine educator and psychopedagogue, born in Rosario. She served as Undersecretary of Education for the Province of Santa Fe in the 1980s, rector of the National University of Rosario (UNR) for two terms (1987-1991 and 1992-1994), and Minister of Education of the Argentine Nation from 1994 to 1995 during Carlos Menem's presidency. She has published works on education and curriculum.
